I would consider myself a "Disney late-bloomer." Growing up, my family never took a Disney vacation, so it wasn't until later in life that I experienced the magic for myself. Four years ago, I gathered a group of friends for my first trip to Disneyland — and to say I was hooked would be an understatement. Hook, line, and sinker.

Since that first visit, I have become a Disneyland Magic Key Holder and have made frequent trips to Disneyland, Walt Disney World, and Disneyland Paris. I’m fortunate enough to be able to visit the parks about every other month, and my Disney bucket list continues to grow, with the Asian parks and a Disney Cruise at the top. But, don't let my "Disney-youth" fool you. I pride myself on learning and knowing everything I can about the best way to experience the parks.

Because I didn’t grow up immersed in Disney nostalgia, I bring a unique perspective to my Disney experiences. My professional background is in production and show design, so I naturally notice the incredible attention to detail and craftsmanship that Disney puts into every element of the parks. 

Since that first trip, I have become known as the resident Disney expert by all who know me. I have planned many trips for friends and coworkers and love to share all the tips and tricks I have learned along the way. As much as I love solo trips to the parks, I no longer go alone, as I am always recruiting more people to join me on my way... It's becoming quite expensive to be my friend!

That has led me to want to become a Disney travel planner. I want to help others experience the same joy I feel when I visit the parks.
